Therapy for Meaning, Purpose, and Existential Questions

Sometimes there’s no clear “problem” — just a quiet ache. A longing for something deeper. A desire to feel more aligned, more authentic, more awake. You may be asking big questions about your path, your relationships, or what really matters.

In therapy, I help clients make space for these questions without rushing to fix or bypass them. This work is existential, spiritual, sometimes even mystical — and deeply rooted in your lived experience. We might explore identity, belief systems, patterns, values, or grief that hasn’t been named.

You don’t have to have all the answers. Just a willingness to explore.
